Using an accountant or bookkeeper

Many people start using APARI to make it easier to work with their accountant.

If your accountant or bookkeeper created your APARI log-in for you:

They will already have access to APARI and can act on your behalf.

If your accountant is not using APARI yet:

You can share information held in APARI so that they can easily prepare your tax return for you:

  • Select ‘Record Keeping’ from the main menu.

  • (If needed) Use the filtering options to show the relevant transactions, e.g. by date range.

  • Then select the ‘Export data’ button.

  • You will immediately get a spreadsheet that you can share.
