Having invested heavily in technology APARI Pro is a unique platform offering specialist tax software to enterprise partners and their clients. APARI Pro automates live calculations of tax affairs with the ability to submit SA100 self assessment forms directly to HMRC. It is currently one of the only platforms that can submit both the SA100 self assessment forms and the new Making Tax Digital (MTD) quarterly submissions directly to HMRC. 

Based in the UK (Leamington Spa) we are innovating to simplify tax and bring it into the 21st Century. Our user-friendly software is empowering taxpayers to take control of their finances and our innovation expands across several industry sectors including accountancy, investments and banking.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate about selling, with the ability to identify and understand client needs to build and nurture customer relationships in a SAAS environment. These exciting new positions involve promoting our technology brand to accountants, carrying out product demos to highlight the benefits of our service, with the aim of increasing participation in our accountants acquisition program.

This is a great opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver on a high profile initiative. There is also significant career potential as our partner program expands or in other sales roles within our business. 

Working directly with the Head of Sales, you will act as a vital link between our sales, marketing and development teams. A ‘hunter’ you will strategically position our product to potential clients ensuring we maximise our reach and engagement. Your creative and innovative approach to sales will help excel our cloud based tax software to the forefront of the accounting industry as one of the leading brands.

Duties and responsibilities:                          

  • Following up with current prospects in the sales pipeline as required to identify client needs and gauge where they are in the sales cycle 

  • Develop your own sales pipeline by researching, identifying and initiating contact with new sales prospects establishing key decision makers 

  • Providing accurate weekly forecasts of the sales funnel detailing contacts made and status of discussions, liaising with the wider team as necessary

  • Booking and carrying out product demos, highlighting the benefits of APARI Pro in relation to client needs to gain traction

  • Meeting targets and KPI’s to close sales 

Qualifications:

  • Experience of sales in SAAS products and services with a proven track record of delivering results

  • Industry Knowledge of income tax and/or accounting 

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to hunt, generate and nurture sales leads

  • Build rapport to earn customer trust and quickly build credibility in the brand 

  • Good communications skills with the ability to carry out product demos, summarise key benefits and features of APARI Pro’s products and services, 

  • Ability to understand customer needs and the stage they are in the sales life cycle

  • Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels and in different situations

  • A good listener to provide constructive customer feedback to improve our sales outreach and services
